Cartridge Filters

The AF Cartridge Filter Series utilizes a proven cartridge filtration method that delivers reliable, efficient water purification for residential and commercial pools. Pool water enters the filter and passes through a high-quality polyester single element cartridge constructed from white precision polyester fiber fabric. As water flows through the cartridge, suspended particles and contaminants are trapped by the fine fiber structure, while clean, filtered water is returned to the pool. The filtration accuracy of less than 15 microns ensures exceptional water clarity by capturing even the smallest debris particles. The series includes five models (AF25, AF50, AF75, AF100, AF150) with progressively larger cartridge sizes and filtration areas ranging from 2.3m² to 14.0m², accommodating various pool sizes and pump capacities from 250W to 2200W. As dirt accumulates in the cartridge element during operation, water pressure gradually increases and flow decreases. When the pressure reaches an unacceptable level, the cartridge element can be easily removed and cleaned, restoring optimal filter performance. The simple maintenance process involves removing the cartridge, hosing off accumulated debris, and reinstalling—no backwashing required, saving both water and time. The compact 225mm diameter design fits easily into most equipment areas, while the durable construction withstands operating pressures up to 350 kPa. The AF paper core diameter of 78mm and variable heights from 184.5mm to 904.5mm provide flexibility for different installation requirements.
